Sprout Social nieuwe functionaliteit

Gisteren ontving ik van Sprout Social het onderstaande e-mail bericht, het had wat mij betreft ook een direct message via Twitter mogen zijn. Of is een e-mail een oude versie van een DM ? 

Nieuwe functionaliteiten: Schedule AssistDetails verzonden berichten en Account Cleanup.

Vanochtend gelijk Account Cleanup getest, werkt eenvoudig en geeft een duidelijk beeld wie de laatste tijd erg stil is geweest.

Leuk dat je voor hetzelfde bedrag per maand weer nieuwe finctionaliteit ontvangt en de upgrade van je service instant is. Typisch een voorbeeld van een Cloud dienst voor het beheer van je social media verkeer.

Introducing Schedule Assist!

Stop sending out your brilliant messages at the wrong times! Timing is everything with social media. Messages sent at the ideal times see as much as 4x more exposure than just an hour or two later. As an enhancement to our 'Send Later' function, we've incorporated quick-links for the best times to reach your audience.

You can access this feature in the compose message box, or inside the
Schedule area. All times are converted to your local timezone, and the ideal times are based on collective consumer usage and reply patterns. You're always going to know best when those messages should be sent, but if you're on the fence, we'll help you out.

Detailed Sent Message Stats

You'll notice some new tools in your sent message view. We've added functionality to help you get a better sense of your best performing messages, your total audience reach and who's engaging with your posts.

1. You'll see your summary message stats at a glance, and can sort by the Clicks, Responses, Reach or Time fields.


Clicks:
All known clicks to this URL. Red numbers include URL's that may not have originated with you.
Responses:
Includes wall-posts, RT's, replies, etc.
Total Reac
h: This includes the total audience that this message was visible to. This includes your own followers/fans as well as those of anyone who has forwarded or retweeted your message.
